Those who hold space as a profession must seek out space to be held in return 

Join me in an all-day immersive holding created just for therapists and healers. Held and supported by 96 acres of private, serene, and sacred land at Wolff House retreat, east of Sherwood Park, Alberta, our day retreat will focus on the unique lived experience of therapists, and the deeply important and impactful work we do.

This immersive experience will include ritual, ceremony, art making, and a co-created container where we will be Witnessed and Seen. Within this confidential space, we will honour the privilege of the work, while also validating and leaning into the hard edges of it. We will hold space for the grief in the work; the struggles; the imposter syndrome; the isolation; and more...

And we will do this together, creating beautiful bonds and relationships with self, others, the art, and the land.

*due to food sensitivities, participants are responsible to bring their own lunch, personal drinks, and snacks. Coffee and tea service will be provided 

Your Retreat Immersion Includes:
- a specific focus around issues and healing that are unique to the lived experience of therapists and healers
- ceremonies to cleanse the space and the energy we each bring in, as well as integration of the work
- artmaking as a way of inquiry, of exploring the inner material, and as a pathway of healing
- guided meditation as prompting connection to unconscious material, as well as to any Guides who may wish to assist the healing work we do
- free writing and journaling
- Circles of Sharing, where we understand and can share our common experience as Healers who walk this world
- professional facilitation and support by a Registered Canadian Art Therapist with spiritual integration (meaning I hold a holistic space, and all spiritual traditions are deemed valid and true to each person. All are welcome)
- all art and creating supplies
- the sacred space of the retreat space and land of Wollf House, which is steeped in intentional sacredness and holds us in a private and supportive energy
