Shipping policy

Shipping for physical goods are sent by Canadian Post in 2-3 business days from receiving your order.  If you require verbal confirmation of your item's availability, please contact us by phone at 780-434-7435 during regular store hours and we would be happy to confirm your online purchase.  

For downloadable products you will receive a confirmation email and instruction emails for how to access your downloadable product. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder and double check your email was typed correctly!

For workshop or seminars (in-person or virtual) you will receive a confirmation email and then instructions for time, date and other pertinent information.  If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder and double check your email was typed correctly!
