- Location: Strathcona County (Sherwood Park), just 20 mins from South Edmonton
- Size: 360 sq ft private lower-level studio
- Capacity: Ideal for up to 10–15 people for movement-based gatherings, or up to 25 seated
- Available: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 9:30pm

Rental Rate - for Monday to Thursday Bookings
2-hour booking: $73.33
Additional time or 1-hour rental: $39/hour
Includes all of the above — no hidden fees. Just your energy, your presence, and your work.
Set up and clean up must be completed within your rental time.
